El Rio Vivo celebrates the restoration of the Rio Salado by bringing together nature, art, music and great food all in one day! We welcome artist of all media to apply to participate in the festival. Please complete the application below, including images of your work.

When your application is accepted, we will notify you and provide details regarding booth space payment methods: Credit card via Liberty Wildlife on-line payment. Please send checks to Liberty Wildlife, 2600 E. Elwood St., Phoenix, Az. 85040. No money will be accepted at check-in. Payments will be due by February 14, 2025.

    Participation Requirements

    • All work must be original, designed, and created by the accepted artist as represented by work in the submitted visual samples, descriptions and the four photos, one of booth, if available. All work must be ‘Family Friendly’.

    • Artists will have early check-in between 8 & 9 am to be ready for the 10am opening.

    • Artist’s check-in is just west of the lobby in the education entry (signage will be posted).

    • A loading and unloading area will be designated in front of Liberty Wildlife.

    • Artists are required to provide their own tables, chairs, sandbags, and tents. Tents cannot exceed the assigned 10×10 spacing. Tables cannot exceed the 6×3 spacing.

    • Artists are required to have their Sales Tax License.

    • Artists are responsible for their artwork during the event.

    • Artists and their families are responsible for their safety during the celebration. Children must always be supervised.

    • Artists retain all funds from sales, we do ask for a donation to our Auction/Raffle. Please deliver your item to the front desk.

    • Teardown begins at 4:00 PM Saturday and must be completed by 5:00 PM.

     

    Special Request: Please provide, if available, a child related activity to include in your booth/at your table.

    Public Notice

    Liberty Wildlife Cannot Take Ducks, Geese or Lovebirds at this time

    Liberty Wildlife is following proper protocols and taking precautions to prevent the spread of the avian flu in our facility and the community. Currently, we have been advised to not take any waterfowl (ducks or geese) to help minimize exposure to other animals. East Valley Wildlife and Fallen Feathers are unable to take them as well. All waterfowl that are sick/injured should be transported to our partner Veterinary Emergency Group (VEG).
