Conservation

Liberty Wildlife’s mission is to nurture the nature of Arizona. Some of the ways we do this beyond our wildlife hospital and educational offerings is through our Non-Eagle Feather Repository and through our Research & Conservation team.

The Non-Eagle Feather Repository is a source of legal feathers for nationally recognized tribal members for their cultural and religious ceremonies.

The Research and Conservation team are a group of Liberty Wildlife biologists that can help mitigate wildlife issues, such as birds on electric poles, burrowing owls living in construction zones and other wildlife situations.

Liberty Wildlife Cannot Take Ducks, Geese or Lovebirds at this time

Currently, we have been advised to not take any waterfowl (ducks or geese) to help minimize exposure to other animals. East Valley Wildlife and Fallen Feathers are unable to take them as well. All waterfowl that are sick/injured should be transported to our partner Veterinary Emergency Group (VEG).
